About 1st Class Handyman
Owner-led service for homeowners, landlords, businesses and real-estate professionals throughout Southern and Southeastern Indiana.

Meet the owner
I started 1st Class Handyman to give property owners a practical way to move repairs forward without losing track of the scope, priorities or responsibilities.
I work directly with customers to understand the property, separate urgent items from optional improvements and prepare a straightforward written estimate. When added work or concealed conditions appear, the next step is discussed before the scope changes.
The goal is simple: one dependable point of contact, honest expectations and quality work you can afford.
What customers can expect
Every project is different, but the way the work is discussed, approved and documented should remain clear.
Bear works directly with customers on priorities, scope, estimates and approved project changes.
Written estimates explain included work, materials, responsibilities, exclusions and payment terms.
Concealed conditions or requested additions are reviewed before extra work is authorized.
Progress and completion photographs can be included when requested and practical for the project.
Permit, specialist and licensed-trade needs are identified instead of being hidden inside a vague promise.
Customers receive a clear way to share the repair list, photographs, access information and important dates.
Straightforward boundaries
Estimates identify the approved repair or improvement, who supplies materials, major assumptions and known exclusions. Work outside that scope requires written approval.
Projects involving regulated plumbing, electrical, structural, accessibility, environmental or other specialty requirements may need permits or properly qualified trades. Those needs are identified when they are known rather than treated as ordinary handyman work.
