Homeowner handyman services

Turn the household repair list into a workable plan.

Bundle several honey-do, maintenance and punch-out items into one clearly defined visit for your Southern Indiana home.

A clear repair plan

A better way to handle the list that keeps growing.

Small repairs become easier to finish when they are organized by room, priority and material needs. Send the full list so related work can be grouped into an efficient scope instead of treating every item as a separate project.

The estimate identifies the approved tasks, material responsibility and known limits. Items involving concealed damage, permits or licensed plumbing, electrical or other trade work are identified before scheduling whenever possible.

Common questions

Helpful details before requesting an estimate.

Can I submit several small repairs at once?

Yes. A grouped list is often the most practical way to evaluate small household tasks. Include photographs and priorities so the scope can be organized before the visit.

Do I need to purchase the materials?

Not always. The estimate states whether materials are supplied by the customer or 1st Class Handyman and identifies any allowances or selections that must be confirmed.

Can I add more work during the visit?

Additional work may be considered if time, materials and scope allow, but it is not automatic. Price and authorization are documented before added work begins.

Do you perform plumbing or electrical work?

Work requiring a licensed plumbing, electrical or other regulated trade is excluded or referred to an appropriately qualified provider when required.
